PEANUT BUTTER OAT BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup nut (peanut, almond, cashew) butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions:

  • mix all ingredients. add more peanut butter or maple syrup if too dry to form balls

  • roll balls into desired size and store in airtight container for 2 days on counter or up to 2 weeks in fridge
