PEANUT BUTTER OAT BALLS
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup nut (peanut, almond, cashew) butter
1 tbsp coconut shreds
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
mix all ingredients. add more peanut butter or maple syrup if too dry to form balls
roll balls into desired size and store in airtight container for 2 days on counter or up to 2 weeks in fridge
