BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 1..5 cup oat flour

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (can omit to reduce sweetness)

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • vegan butter/coconut oil or olive oil oil (for greasing pan)

Instructions:

  • mix dry ingredients in bowl. once thoroughly mixed, add liquid ingredients and whisk until smooth

  • let batter sit for 5 min

  • pour pancake mix (in the desired size) on greased pan turned to medium heat

  • when top begins to bubble, flip, and repeat with second side

  • serve with maple syrup
