COCONUT DATE BALLS

ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanuts (raw, unsalted)

  • 10 dates

  • 1/2 shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

instructions:

  • add peanuts to food processor and chop. once finely ground, add the rest of the ingredients until sticky dough is formed

  • roll into balls or press into squares
