Almond Flour Brownies
Ingredients:
3 flax eggs (3 tbsp flax + 5 tbsp water)
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup plant milk
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
Instructions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees,
make flax egg and let sit for 5 min. once congealed, add maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla. stir until combined.
add cacao, almond flour, and baking powder and lightly fold in/stir (over mixing will cause brownies to be especially dense).. add almond milk as mixture starts to thicken. lastly, add protein powder and stir.
bake for 30-35min or until top slightly cracks and feels relatively firm.
