VEGGIE SANDWICH

ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (preferably, whole grain or gluten free)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 3 tbsp hummus

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 slices tomato

  • romaine lettuce, as needed

  • handful of sprouts

  • other vegges as desired

instructions:

  • spread hummus, avocado, and mustard on both sides of bread of choice.

  • add tomato, lettuce, and other veggies to assemble.
