VEGGIE SANDWICH
ingredients:
2 slices of bread (preferably, whole grain or gluten free)
1/2 avocado
3 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 slices tomato
romaine lettuce, as needed
handful of sprouts
other vegges as desired
instructions:
spread hummus, avocado, and mustard on both sides of bread of choice.
add tomato, lettuce, and other veggies to assemble.
