DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup nut butter

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2tbsp ground flax

  • 4tbsp water

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 3/4 cup cacao

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet.

  • add ground flax to bowl with water and let sit for 5-10min. once congealed, add nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. stir.

  • after combined, add the baking powder, oat flour, cacao, and salt. stir until thick, batter consistency.

  • add chocolate chips.

  • scoop dough into about 1” circles and gently flatten on pan. bake for 8-10 min or until slightly firm (these are more of a gooey brownie consistency and ok to eat undercooked)
