PROTEIN SALAD
ingredients:
1 hard boiled pasture raised egg
1/4 avocado
2 cups spinach
1/4 cup chickpeas
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 cup walnuts
3 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp)
recipe:
add spinach to a bowl as base of salad.
add chickpeas, chopped egg, and hummus.
top with walnuts, seeds, and avocado.
