PROTEIN SALAD

ingredients:

  • 1 hard boiled pasture raised egg

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1/4 cup chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 3 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp)

recipe:

  • add spinach to a bowl as base of salad.

  • add chickpeas, chopped egg, and hummus.

  • top with walnuts, seeds, and avocado.
