SMOOTHIE BOWL

ingredients:

  • 1.5 bananas*

  • 1/2 cup spinach*

  • 1/3 cup blueberries*

  • 1/2 cup plant milk (or water)

  • 3 tbsp nut butter

  • 2 tsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tsp flax seeds

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina

  • 2 dates

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds

*best frozen

recipe:

  • add banana, spinach, blueberries, plant milk, nut butter, and seeds to blender and blend until desire consistency (recommended to stay relatively thick so it’s easy to eat with a spoon). for a thicker consistency, add a few cubes of frozen ice.

  • top with chopped dates, granola, and coconut shreds
