SMOOTHIE BOWL
ingredients:
1.5 bananas*
1/2 cup spinach*
1/3 cup blueberries*
1/2 cup plant milk (or water)
3 tbsp nut butter
2 tsp hemp seeds
2 tsp flax seeds
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp spirulina
2 dates
1/2 cup granola
2 tbsp coconut shreds
*best frozen
recipe:
add banana, spinach, blueberries, plant milk, nut butter, and seeds to blender and blend until desire consistency (recommended to stay relatively thick so it’s easy to eat with a spoon). for a thicker consistency, add a few cubes of frozen ice.
top with chopped dates, granola, and coconut shreds
